The Night Shift May Be Damaging Your Fertility

A recent study from Harvard University found that women seeking fertility treatments who had jobs that included heavy lifting and/or working night shifts were less fertile. Researchers believe that working at night disrupts a woman’s circadian rhythm, which prevents the eggs from reaching full maturity. If you are trying to optimize your ability to conceive, you may want to keep a regular night time sleeping schedule and limit heavy lifting at work, or while exercising.
