The Positive Effects of Calcium on Your Fertility

New research shows that a diet rich in calcium lowers the chance of early menopause, thus extending a woman’s fertility longer. As more women delay starting their family further into their 30’s and 40’s, understanding simple ways to prevent early menopause, which can begin as early as 45, can extend a woman’s ability to conceive naturally. The study, published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in conjunction with the Universtiy of Massachusetts-Amherst and Harvard University followed over 100,000 women over a 30 year period.
