The Effects Dieting Has on Fertility

Many women struggle with how to handle their weight or the idea of dieting during pregnancy. There are certain healthy weight ranges for each women, but hormone fluctuations, increased appetite and fatigue make it even more difficult to manage. Some women even end up gaining 70% more weight than recommended and have an even harder time losing it after giving birth. In this article, Melanie McGrice, a specialist fertility dietitian, joined Ed Phillips on Health and Wellbeing to share her knowledge.
